Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. ![]() And on that note Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. Las Vegas | 0.51km from Casino at the Rio All-Suite Hotel As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. ![]()
